After 30 years in the life science industry, we have a lot of experience to share. We've both had very successful careers, albeit on different paths of leadership. We've held numerous roles where we helped our teams develop and achieve their goals while contributing significantly to the bottom line of the organizations we've worked for. We develop strategy, we build collaborative partnerships, and we execute the plan with excellence. Our desire is to share our passion and lessons learned by helping others. Along the way, we have both had good bosses and bad bosses, but we see that we always made the most progress when we had a coach devoted to our progress.
